- previous experience in a cooking role preferred
- food handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties

- determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service
- ensure proper health and safety procedures are followed in food preparation areas
- maintain or exceed standards of appearance cleanliness hygiene and health
- assist in maintaining kitchen equipment cleanliness and proper function
- collaborate with team members to achieve efficient kitchen operation
- monitor food quality and portion control during service
