Job Requirements
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety
- able to follow recipes and maintain consistency
- organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to stand for long periods and lift kitchen items as needed
- flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized workstation
- assist with prep work, chopping, portioning, and labeling ingredients
- cook items to order during service with accuracy and timing
- maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- operate kitchen equipment safely
- support banquet production or other outlets as needed
- assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- communicate with culinary leadership and service staff during operations
