Job Requirements

  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
  • knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety
  • able to follow recipes and maintain consistency
  • organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • able to stand for long periods and lift kitchen items as needed
  • flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • assist with prep work, chopping, portioning, and labeling ingredients
  • cook items to order during service with accuracy and timing
  • maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
  • operate kitchen equipment safely
  • support banquet production or other outlets as needed
  • assist with receiving and storing deliveries
  • communicate with culinary leadership and service staff during operations
