Job Requirements
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen safety
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen items as needed
- Must be flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist with prep work, chopping, portioning, and labeling ingredients
- Cook items to order during service with accuracy and timing
- Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Support banquet production or other outlets as needed
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Communicate with culinary leadership and service staff during operations
