Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead daily culinary production including meal preparation and food quality
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Manage team member productivity and performance
- Control food costs and overall kitchen profitability
- Perform general management duties like budget forecasting and report generation
- Visually inspect and select quality food and beverage products
- Create and implement new menus
- Monitor and develop team member performance including training and counseling
- Recruit, interview, and train team members
- Schedule and assign work
- Deliver recognition and reward
