Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience in Italy
  • Experience with Japanese weddings preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Passion for culinary excellence and guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience in Italy
  • Experience supporting wedding operations, preferably with Japanese weddings
  • Strong leadership skills to establish and maintain a great kitchen team

Job Duties

  • Runs the day-to-day operation in a high-volume high pace signature restaurant
  • Supports and proactively contributes to the alignment with the food and beverage concept in the outlet, continuously leading the creative process
  • Must have great guest approach
  • Very strong leadership skills to support the kitchen team with hands on approach and constant training
  • Strong personality to establish restaurant in the market as the leader in its category
  • Proactive alignment with restaurant General Manager, food and beverage Director and Executive Chef in driving quality and financial results
