Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience in Italy
  • Experience supporting wedding operations, preferably with Japanese weddings
  • Proven strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills

Job Duties

  • Runs the day-to-day operation in a high-volume high pace signature restaurant
  • Supports and proactively contributes to the alignment with the F&B concept in the outlet, continuously leading the creative process
  • Must have great guest approach
  • Very strong leadership skills to support his kitchen team with hands on approach and constant training
  • Strong personality to establish restaurant in the market as the leader in its category
  • Proactive alignment with restaurant General Manager, F&B Director and Executive Chef in driving quality and financial results
