Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- meet minimum auto insurance requirements for company driving
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
- ability to communicate effectively with team members
- willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking real, from-scratch food
- leadership ability to motivate and develop a team
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- competent in using kitchen technology and modern equipment
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- ability to work well under pressure and maintain quality standards
Job Duties
- manage kitchen operations including staff scheduling and inventory control
- prepare high-quality, made-from-scratch dishes following company recipes and quality standards
- train, mentor, and develop culinary team members to grow their skills and advance their careers
- ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with management to plan seasonal menu changes and implement new recipes
- optimize use of kitchen technology and equipment to maintain efficiency and consistency
- monitor food costs and waste to maximize profitability
