Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • meet minimum auto insurance requirements for company driving
  • able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking real, from-scratch food
  • leadership ability to motivate and develop a team
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • competent in using kitchen technology and modern equipment
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • ability to work well under pressure and maintain quality standards

Job Duties

  • manage kitchen operations including staff scheduling and inventory control
  • prepare high-quality, made-from-scratch dishes following company recipes and quality standards
  • train, mentor, and develop culinary team members to grow their skills and advance their careers
  • ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • collaborate with management to plan seasonal menu changes and implement new recipes
  • optimize use of kitchen technology and equipment to maintain efficiency and consistency
  • monitor food costs and waste to maximize profitability
