Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to meet minimum auto insurance requirements
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
  • Strong culinary skills focused on scratch preparation
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Flexibility to work according to restaurant schedule
  • Commitment to maintaining food quality and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in scratch cooking and menu development
  • Familiarity with kitchen technology platforms such as CTuit and Dayforce
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen operations and prepare high-quality, scratch-made meals
  • Oversee and lead the culinary team and provide mentorship
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
  • Implement seasonal menu changes and maintain innovative cooking techniques
  • Utilize advanced kitchen equipment and technology to optimize efficiency
  • Train and develop culinary team members toward leadership roles
  • Maintain excellent communication and collaboration with front-of-house staff
