Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to meet minimum auto insurance requirements
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen

- Flexibility to work according to restaurant schedule
- Commitment to maintaining food quality and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in scratch cooking and menu development
- Familiarity with kitchen technology platforms such as CTuit and Dayforce
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations and prepare high-quality, scratch-made meals
- Oversee and lead the culinary team and provide mentorship
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
- Implement seasonal menu changes and maintain innovative cooking techniques
- Utilize advanced kitchen equipment and technology to optimize efficiency
- Train and develop culinary team members toward leadership roles
- Maintain excellent communication and collaboration with front-of-house staff
