Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • meet minimum auto insurance requirements
  • ability to pass background checks in accordance with Fair Chance ordinance and Act
  • availability to work full-time in the South Bay/San Jose area
  • willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
  • ability to handle the physical demands of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to work with modern kitchen technology and equipment
  • culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • experience in menu planning and development

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and consistency
  • manage and lead culinary teams, including training and development
  • implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • coordinate seasonal menu updates and recipe implementation
  • optimize kitchen workflows using technology and equipment
  • manage inventory and supply ordering
  • collaborate with management to achieve business goals and guest satisfaction
