Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- meet minimum auto insurance requirements
- ability to pass background checks in accordance with Fair Chance ordinance and Act
- availability to work full-time in the South Bay/San Jose area
- willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
- ability to handle the physical demands of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work with modern kitchen technology and equipment
- culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- experience in menu planning and development
Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and consistency
- manage and lead culinary teams, including training and development
- implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- coordinate seasonal menu updates and recipe implementation
- optimize kitchen workflows using technology and equipment
- manage inventory and supply ordering
- collaborate with management to achieve business goals and guest satisfaction
