Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Meet minimum auto insurance requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional culinary experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Commitment to uphold company standards and values
  • Ability to train and lead a diverse team

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a professional chef or executive kitchen manager in a fast-casual or similar restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and innovate menu items
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • Experience with kitchen operations technology (e.g., Rational ovens, kitchen display systems) is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Manage daily kitchen operations ensuring food quality and safety
  • Develop and maintain seasonal menu items aligning with brand standards
  • Train, mentor, and develop culinary team members to foster growth and skill advancement
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering, and cost management to optimize profitability
  • Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with management to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency
  • Utilize kitchen technology and systems to enhance productivity and consistency
