Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a culinary team
- Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and technology
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Passion for cooking real, healthy food
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations and staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Prepare and cook high-quality, scratch-made meals using fresh ingredients
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards according to health regulations
- Coordinate seasonal menu updates and ensure consistency in food presentation
