Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Culinary degree or relevant professional training preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience with kitchen equipment such as Rational ovens and blast chillers
- Ability to work with technology platforms like CTuit and Dayforce
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations to maintain high food quality and consistency
- Lead and train the culinary team, fostering staff development and career growth
- Oversee food preparation ensuring adherence to recipes and safety standards
- Implement and maintain kitchen systems and technology platforms
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate seasonal menu changes and maintain ingredient freshness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
