Job Requirements

  • Minimum auto insurance as required
  • Relevant work experience in culinary or kitchen management
  • Ability to work full-time with a commitment to two days off weekly
  • Availability to undergo thorough training
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Willingness to support team development and maintain kitchen standards

  • Proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager in a fast-casual or similar restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills with expertise in scratch cooking
  • Leadership and team development capabilities
  • Familiarity with kitchen technology and equipment
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations to ensure food quality and consistency
  • Manage, train, and develop kitchen staff and future culinary leaders
  • Oversee food preparation using scratch-made recipes and seasonal menu items
  • Maintain state-of-the-art kitchen equipment and ensure safety protocols
  • Implement kitchen systems and technology platforms to optimize efficiency
  • Coordinate with management to achieve guest satisfaction and operational goals
  • Monitor inventory and ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
