Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience managing a team in a kitchen environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Meet minimum automobile insurance requirements for company driving
- Compliance with Fair Chance ordinance and related employment laws
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-casual or similar restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop culinary teams
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Proficient in using kitchen technology systems such as CTuit and kitchen display platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations and staff to ensure food quality and consistency
- Manage inventory and ordering to maintain kitchen supply levels
- Develop and implement seasonal menus and new dish concepts
- Train and mentor culinary team members to promote skill growth
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues
- Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen workflows and scheduling
