Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience managing a team in a kitchen environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Meet minimum automobile insurance requirements for company driving
  • Compliance with Fair Chance ordinance and related employment laws

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-casual or similar restaurant setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop culinary teams
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
  • Proficient in using kitchen technology systems such as CTuit and kitchen display platforms
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and staff to ensure food quality and consistency
  • Manage inventory and ordering to maintain kitchen supply levels
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus and new dish concepts
  • Train and mentor culinary team members to promote skill growth
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues
  • Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen workflows and scheduling
