Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- meet minimum auto insurance requirements to drive on behalf of the company
- prior experience in a culinary leadership role
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- proficiency in food safety practices
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to participate in thorough training programs

Job Duties
- manage kitchen operations to ensure consistent food quality and guest satisfaction
- lead and mentor culinary team members to support professional growth and development
- oversee the preparation and execution of scratch-made menu items
- maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations
- implement seasonal menu changes and innovations
- coordinate with supply chain and vendors to ensure ingredient quality and availability
