Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years culinary experience in a leadership role
  • valid driver’s license
  • acceptable driving record
  • ability to meet minimum auto insurance requirements
  • willingness to participate in a 9-week training program
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene
  • ability to work with advanced kitchen equipment and technology
  • excellent culinary skills and passion for cooking real food

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff
  • prepare fresh, made-from-scratch meals using high-quality ingredients
  • maintain food quality, consistency, and safety standards
  • oversee seasonal menu updates and recipe implementation
  • train and mentor culinary team members
  • optimize kitchen productivity using advanced technology and systems
  • ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
