Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Meet minimum auto insurance requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work with kitchen technology systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for cooking fresh, made-from-scratch cuisine
Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure high food quality and consistency
- Oversee and train culinary staff including future leaders
- Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Coordinate seasonal menu updates and recipe adjustments
- Utilize kitchen technology systems for efficiency and production tracking
- Monitor inventory and control food costs
