Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to meet minimum auto insurance requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a chef or kitchen management role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to train and develop staff
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager in a fast-casual or high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to operate professional kitchen equipment and technology
- Experience with menu planning and inventory management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high food quality and safety standards
- Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain productivity and morale
- Implement and monitor kitchen processes using advanced technology and systems
- Plan and execute seasonal menu changes while maintaining consistency
- Monitor food inventory and manage supplies to minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and develop culinary team members for career advancement
