Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Meet minimum auto insurance requirements for company driving
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical capability to handle the demands of a busy restaurant kitchen
  • Commitment to uphold company values and standards
  • Minimum 3 years of professional culinary experience
  • Must pass background check in accordance with Fair Chance ordinance and Fair Chance Act

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work with advanced kitchen equipment and technology
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop culinary staff
