Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent culinary experience
  • minimum 3 years in a kitchen management role
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • flexible schedule to meet business needs
  • commitment to quality and guest satisfaction
  • knowledge of health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Manage all culinary operations in the restaurant
  • ensure excellent food quality
  • oversee team member performance
  • communicate and coordinate with General Manager, Regional Chef, and Area Director
  • use professional judgment in daily duties
  • implement kitchen standards and operational procedures
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
