Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years culinary or kitchen management experience
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Able to meet minimum auto insurance requirements
- Willingness to work in a fast-casual restaurant environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Commitment to uphold company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong culinary skills with a background in scratch cooking
- Leadership abilities with experience managing teams
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations including food preparation and staff supervision
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to safety standards
- Lead and train culinary team members to enhance skills and promote career growth
- Implement seasonal menu changes three to four times a year
- Utilize kitchen technology and systems to optimize efficiency
- Maintain inventory control and cost management
