Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- meet minimum auto insurance requirement
- ability to work full-time with flexible schedule
- willingness to participate in a nine-week training program
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- adherence to company policies and culture of support and development
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager
- strong culinary skills with a passion for real, made-from-scratch food
- ability to lead and develop a team
- familiarity with kitchen technology systems such as Rational ovens and Kitchen Display Systems
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- commitment to high food safety standards
Job Duties
- oversee kitchen operations to maintain food quality and consistency
- manage and train kitchen staff including mentoring future culinary leaders
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- coordinate seasonal menu changes and implement new recipes
- monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- utilize kitchen technology and systems to optimize production
- maintain excellent work-life balance while meeting operational demands
