Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • meet minimum auto insurance requirements
  • previous culinary experience
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • strong work ethic
  • excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-casual or high-volume setting
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • knowledge of kitchen equipment and culinary techniques
  • familiarity with kitchen management software platforms
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • lead kitchen operations and staff management
  • develop and execute seasonal menu changes
  • ensure food quality, consistency, and safety standards
  • train and mentor culinary team members
  • utilize kitchen technology and systems for optimized production
  • manage inventory and supply ordering
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
