Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Meet minimum auto insurance requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a kitchen leadership role
  • Ability to pass background check in accordance with Fair Chance ordinance
  • Strong physical stamina for kitchen work
  • Readiness to participate in training programs

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work with advanced kitchen technology and food service software
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

  • Commitment to quality and real food preparation

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen operations ensuring food quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and implement seasonal menu changes
