Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • minimum auto insurance as required
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • prior experience in high-volume, fast-casual dining environment
  • reliable and punctual
  • commitment to company’s purpose and values
  • ability to pass background checks in accordance with Fair Chance ordinance

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent culinary skills with a passion for real, made-from-scratch food
  • effective communication and organizational abilities
  • experience with kitchen technology and systems

Job Duties

  • Manage daily kitchen operations and staff performance
  • oversee food preparation ensuring quality and consistency
  • implement and maintain health and safety standards
  • train, mentor and develop culinary team members
  • contribute to seasonal menu planning and execution
  • monitor inventory and control food costs
  • collaborate with management to meet business goals
