Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Meet minimum auto insurance requirements to drive on behalf of the company
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Must pass background check in accordance with the Fair Chance ordinance and Fair Chance Act
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of modern kitchen equipment and food safety standards
  • Ability to work in a high-volume fast-casual restaurant environment
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality food and guest experiences

  • Lead and oversee kitchen operations ensuring food quality and consistency
  • Manage and train kitchen staff to develop culinary skills and promote career growth
  • Implement seasonal menu changes and maintain high standards for all dishes
  • Utilize kitchen technologies and systems to optimize production and efficiency
  • Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards compliant with health regulations
  • Monitor inventory and control food costs to align with budget goals
  • Collaborate with management to drive guest satisfaction and operational success
