Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Meet minimum auto insurance requirements to drive for the company
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for kitchen work
- Willingness to participate in a 9-week training program
- Commitment to upholding company values and standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-casual or high-volume restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure food quality and consistency
- Oversee preparation and execution of menu items
- Train and develop culinary team members
