Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Meet minimum auto insurance requirements to drive for the company
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina for kitchen work
  • Willingness to participate in a 9-week training program
  • Commitment to upholding company values and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-casual or high-volume restaurant
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
