Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- meet minimum auto insurance requirements
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items

Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager in a fast-casual or high-volume setting
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work with kitchen technology systems
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
Job Duties
- oversee kitchen operations to maintain food quality and consistency
- manage culinary team including training and development
- implement seasonal menu changes and new recipe rollouts
- maintain equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- optimize kitchen workflow using technology and systems
- drive guest satisfaction through food excellence
- manage inventory and food cost control
