Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • meet minimum auto insurance requirements
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager in a fast-casual or high-volume setting
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to work with kitchen technology systems
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • oversee kitchen operations to maintain food quality and consistency
  • manage culinary team including training and development
  • implement seasonal menu changes and new recipe rollouts
  • maintain equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • optimize kitchen workflow using technology and systems
