Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Meet minimum auto insurance requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen duties
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
  • Familiarity with modern kitchen technology and equipment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members
  • Commitment to maintaining high food safety and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure food quality, production, and consistency
  • Manage and lead the culinary team, including training and development
  • Implement seasonal menu changes and maintain food preparation standards
  • Optimize kitchen performance using technology platforms and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Support and promote a positive work environment fostering growth and work-life balance
