Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Minimum auto insurance as required by company policies
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass background checks and comply with Fair Chance ordinance
  • Prior experience managing kitchen teams in a fast-casual setting

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to operate state-of-the-art kitchen equipment such as Rational ovens and blast chillers
  • Familiarity with kitchen technology platforms like CTuit and Dayforce
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and consistency
  • Manage, train, and develop kitchen staff to foster a high-performance team
  • Implement and maintain sanitary and safety standards in compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate seasonal menu changes and manage inventory to reduce waste and maximize efficiency
  • Utilize advanced kitchen equipment and technology platforms to optimize food production and workflow
  • Ensure adherence to recipes and portion controls to meet company standards
  • Collaborate with management to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence
