Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Minimum auto insurance coverage as required by the company
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Physical stamina to perform kitchen duties in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Knowledge of menu planning and food preparation
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Experience with kitchen technology and operational platforms
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen operations and staff performance
  • Oversee food preparation ensuring quality and consistency
  • Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Train and develop culinary team members
  • Plan and execute seasonal menu changes
  • Manage inventory and control food costs
