Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Minimum auto insurance coverage as required by the company
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical stamina to perform kitchen duties in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of menu planning and food preparation
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Experience with kitchen technology and operational platforms
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations and staff performance
- Oversee food preparation ensuring quality and consistency
- Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and develop culinary team members
- Plan and execute seasonal menu changes
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
