Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Meet minimum auto insurance requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment
- Prior experience in fast-casual or high-volume kitchen environments

- Proven experience as a chef or in executive kitchen management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience with inventory management and cost control

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Lead and mentor culinary staff to develop their skills and support their career growth
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Plan and execute seasonal menu changes to keep offerings fresh and appealing
- Utilize advanced kitchen technology and systems to streamline operations
- Monitor inventory and order supplies to meet the demands of the restaurant
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure excellent guest experience
