Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ culinary experience in a professional kitchen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Meet minimum auto insurance requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to upholding company values and standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef or executive kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking real, made-from-scratch food
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation standards
- Leadership skills to manage, train, and develop kitchen staff
- Ability to work with advanced kitchen equipment and technology systems
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently to ensure quality and consistency
- Develop and implement seasonal menu changes to maintain freshness and appeal
- Train and mentor culinary team members to promote growth and development
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and supplies
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance guest satisfaction
- Monitor and control food costs to meet budget goals
