Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Minimum auto insurance coverage as required by the company
  • Prior experience managing high-volume kitchen operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Strong physical stamina to stand and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality food standards
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation standards
  • Culinary degree or relevant professional certification preferred
  • Experience with kitchen technology and inventory management systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement creative, seasonal menu items

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen staff and oversee daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure consistent food quality and adherence to recipes and presentation standards
  • Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Develop and update seasonal menus to keep offerings fresh and engaging
  • Coordinate inventory control and ordering to minimize waste and cost
  • Train and mentor culinary team members for skill development and leadership advancement
  • Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen workflows and guest satisfaction
