Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Minimum auto insurance coverage as required by the company
- Prior experience managing high-volume kitchen operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong physical stamina to stand and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality food standards
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation standards
- Culinary degree or relevant professional certification preferred
- Experience with kitchen technology and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement creative, seasonal menu items
Job Duties
- Manage kitchen staff and oversee daily kitchen operations
- Ensure consistent food quality and adherence to recipes and presentation standards
- Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Develop and update seasonal menus to keep offerings fresh and engaging
- Coordinate inventory control and ordering to minimize waste and cost
- Train and mentor culinary team members for skill development and leadership advancement
- Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen workflows and guest satisfaction
