  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Financial management experience focusing on food and labor costs

  • Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants

  • Solid financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs
  • Passion for elevated cuisine guest experience and operational excellence

Job Duties

  • Lead all back-of-house operations ensuring exceptional quality consistency and presentation
  • Partner closely with the celebrity chef brand to maintain culinary standards and brand integrity
  • Oversee menu execution seasonal updates and cost control initiatives
  • Manage food cost labor cost and overall kitchen P&L performance
  • Recruit train mentor and develop a high-performing culinary team
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership on special events activations and VIP experiences
