Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations in the Culinary Department
- Demonstrate creative and innovative culinary skills while meeting property financial goals
- Teach the importance of consistency in preparation and presentation
- Maintain thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Manage production of banquets and special events
- Instill safety and sanitation habits in all associates
- Keep current on new products, presentations, and technical execution
- Implement strong inventory and cost control with problem-solving abilities
