Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations in the Culinary Department
  • Demonstrate creative and innovative culinary skills while meeting property financial goals
  • Teach the importance of consistency in preparation and presentation
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
  • Manage production of banquets and special events
  • Instill safety and sanitation habits in all associates
  • Keep current on new products, presentations, and technical execution
  • Implement strong inventory and cost control with problem-solving abilities
