Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding environment
- Available to work 40 hours per week with occasional overtime over 50 hours during brief administrative staffing periods
- Able to stand 90 percent of work time
- Able to sit 10 percent of work time
- Capable of using sensory skills including vision, hearing, taste, smell, touch, and speech
- Physical ability to walk, bend, kneel, manipulate, stretch, squat, crawl, lift, climb, and stoop
- Able to lift more than 35 pounds regularly up to 70 pounds
- Clear communication in the primary language of the restaurant location, mainly English
- Reliable transportation for delivery and marketing needs

- Experience in customer service or catering preferred

Job Duties
- Execute full cycle catering order fulfillment from order receipt through execution, payment, and delivery
- Organize all restaurant catering orders around production, delivery, and follow-up
- Partner with management to ensure appropriate products and resources are planned and available to meet demand
- Generate catering sales within the restaurant by returning customer calls and building customer relationships
- Perform data entry of all catering customers into the centralized catering database
- Maintain records for payment of catering orders in accordance with cash handling policy
- Assist in restaurant operations as needed
