Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 or older
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Deliver superior guest service while processing transactions for payment
  • Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house dining area, patios, and restrooms
  • Suggest beverages and pastries to guests
  • Guide guests through the service line and dining areas
  • Participate in paid position training and cross training programs
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Uphold company standards for food quality and guest experience
