Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service including greeting guests and answering questions
- Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front-of-house areas including dining rooms, patios, and restrooms
- Suggestively sell beverages and pastries to enhance guest experience
- Guide guests through the service line and dining areas professionally
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold company policies and core values at all times
