Job Requirements

  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant or retail customer service preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Deliver superior guest service while processing transactions for payment
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front-of-house dining areas, patios, and restrooms
  • Suggestively sell beverages and pastries to guests
  • Guide guests through the service line and dining areas
  • Uphold professional appearance and demeanor consistent with company standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
