Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly with Guests and team members
- Ability to handle transactions accurately
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Duties
- Deliver superior guest service
- Process transactions for payment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest dining areas, patios, and restrooms
- Suggest beverages and pastries to Guests
- Guide Guests through the service line and dining areas
- Uphold a clean and professional appearance and demeanor
- Communicate effectively with team members and Guests
