Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Neat, clean appearance
- Flexible scheduling including nights, holidays and weekends
- Knowledge of operating point of sale
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Able to respond to sensory cues
- Must be able to work in areas with secondary smoke
- Must maintain a professional appearance

Job Duties
- Sincerely greets and welcomes all guests and maintains a professional presence when interacting with guests
- Assures timely delivery of all food and beverages
- Assists in some food preparation
- Operates a point of sale, rings in proper amount into register and gives guest correct change
- Maintains a clean, neat, organized site as well as a comfortable environment for each guest
- Performs all side work duties as described for assigned shift
- Stock and maintain the cleanliness of area, empty garbage wipe tables and sweep
- Assists in all aspects of this operation when necessary
- Embraces the role of a barista by crafting Starbucks signature drinks
- Follows all standard safety and sanitation guidelines
- Count out cash drawer at end of shift
- Adheres to attendance guidelines and follows all regulatory, departmental and company policies
