Job Duties
- deliver superior guest service while processing payment transactions
- maintain cleanliness of front-of-house guest dining area, patios, and restrooms
- suggestively sell beverages and pastries to guests
- act as a guide to guests navigating the service line and dining areas
- participate in paid training and cross-training programs
- follow company policies and safety procedures
- support team members to ensure a smooth front-of-house operation
