Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • deliver superior guest service while processing payment transactions
  • maintain cleanliness of front-of-house guest dining area, patios, and restrooms
  • suggestively sell beverages and pastries to guests
  • act as a guide to guests navigating the service line and dining areas
  • participate in paid training and cross-training programs
  • follow company policies and safety procedures
  • support team members to ensure a smooth front-of-house operation
