Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles advantageous

  • positive attitude and teamwork skills
  • knowledge of point-of-sale systems helpful but not required

Job Duties

  • Deliver superior guest service
  • process payment transactions
  • maintain cleanliness of front-of-house dining area, patios, and restrooms
  • suggestively sell beverages and pastries
  • guide guests through service line and dining areas
  • assist guests with inquiries and provide assistance
  • ensure dining area is welcoming and organized
