Job Duties
- Deliver superior guest service including greeting and assisting guests
- Process transactions accurately for payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front-of-house areas including dining room, patios, and restrooms
- Suggestively sell beverages and pastries to enhance guest experience
- Act as a guide to guests navigating service lines and dining areas
- Uphold professional and presentable appearance and demeanor
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment maintaining energy and positivity
