Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current food handlers card
- Prior experience in customer service or restaurant preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and evenings
- Reliable transportation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and genuine welcome
- Take guest orders accurately using the POS system
- Present food to guests following Burger Lounge's presentation and sauce protocols
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and front counter
- Prepare beverages including iced tea, lemonade, milkshakes, and pour beer and wine if over 18
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions following proper procedures
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure excellent service
