  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • accurately process takeout orders and handle cash and electronic payments
  • ensure order accuracy by double-checking items before customer pickup
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
  • assist in answering customer questions about menu items and promotions
  • collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order preparation and pickup
  • promote a positive team environment through effective communication and cooperation
