Job Requirements
- Six months experience working in retail or food service environment
- High school diploma preferred
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Experience in customer service problem solving
- Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register and handle money
- Food handler's permit as required by law
- Brand certification as required by law
- Ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items
- Ability to operate keyboard and POS procedures
- Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Experience in customer service problem solving
- Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register and handle money
- Ability to remember and promote menu items
- Ability to operate keyboard and POS procedures
Job Duties
- Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
- Receive payment from the customer and process change
- Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Ensure that the work area is clean throughout the day
- Clean equipment and utensils, remove trash, sweep and mop work area, dust and clean
- Perform other duties as assigned
