Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively
- Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, use hands for lifting and grasping
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must perform repetitive motions
- Must talk to and hear customers and co-workers
- Must be able to assist customers with special needs
- Ability to maintain physical stamina for fast-paced work
- Must be able to work where smoking is permitted
- Must maintain visual acuity and mental attitude to handle tasks
- Must comply with company and regulatory attendance policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment

- Knowledge of casino/hotel property preferred
Job Duties
- Report to work on time, well-groomed in full uniform, and with badge on upper left side of uniform
- Balance and carry trays to tables weighing up to sixty pounds
- Greet all guests with water and bread promptly, friendly, and courteously
- Be hospitable, friendly, and polite with all guests, co-workers, and management using positive body language
- Support Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel's philosophy and goals at all times
- Perform duties assigned by manager or shift manager
- Assist other employees when required
- Be familiar with check and cashiering procedures
- Work in designated area and be attentive to guests exceeding expectations
- Maintain knowledge of the property, including restrooms, telephones, stores, and restaurants
- Know menu, wine lists, and daily specials
- Maintain awareness of all activities at each station
- Clear and reset tables according to bus person manual
- Complete opening and closing side work daily
- Maintain information security policies compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service pleasing patron interactions
- Maintain professional environment
- Adhere to attendance and company policies
- Complete all required training within nine months
- Attend necessary meetings
- Adapt duties and hours as required
