Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass stringent background investigation
  • Willingness to undergo post-offer, pre-employment, and random drug screenings
  • Must successfully complete New Mexico Food Handlers course
  • Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to perform physical activities including balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and talking
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions
  • Must be able to work long hours under stressful conditions
  • Flexibility to work overtime as approved by management

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma, GED certification, or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Basic customer service skills
  • Knowledge of menu and service ware
  • Ability to maintain hygiene standards
  • Successful completion of New Mexico Food Handlers course upon hire

Job Duties

  • Clean spilled food, drinks, and broken dishes
  • Remove empty bottles and trash
  • Carry food, dishes, trays, and silverware from kitchens to serving counters
  • Carry trays with soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware to kitchen and dish room
  • Fill beverage and ice dispensers
  • Maintain adequate supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays
  • Replenish supplies of food and equipment at steam tables and service bars
  • Scrap and stack dirty dishes and transport to kitchen for cleaning
  • Greet guests with urgency and assist in turning tables
  • Assist in running food to tables and lounge
  • Provide room service orders to guest rooms when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
