Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass stringent background investigation
- Willingness to undergo post-offer, pre-employment, and random drug screenings
- Must successfully complete New Mexico Food Handlers course
- Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to perform physical activities including balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and talking
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions
- Must be able to work long hours under stressful conditions
- Flexibility to work overtime as approved by management
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma, GED certification, or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow instructions
- Basic customer service skills
- Knowledge of menu and service ware
- Ability to maintain hygiene standards
- Successful completion of New Mexico Food Handlers course upon hire
Job Duties
- Clean spilled food, drinks, and broken dishes
- Remove empty bottles and trash
- Carry food, dishes, trays, and silverware from kitchens to serving counters
- Carry trays with soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware to kitchen and dish room
- Fill beverage and ice dispensers
- Maintain adequate supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays
- Replenish supplies of food and equipment at steam tables and service bars
- Scrap and stack dirty dishes and transport to kitchen for cleaning
- Greet guests with urgency and assist in turning tables
- Assist in running food to tables and lounge
- Provide room service orders to guest rooms when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
